How can I change the currency?

At MINOORI, we aim to make your shopping experience as personalised and seamless as possible, including how you view our pricing. Here's how you can navigate our currency settings:

  • Automatic Currency Detection: Our website is designed to recognise your location and automatically select the most relevant currency zone for you. This setting is based on your geographical location:

    • UK (GBP): Default for orders placed from the United Kingdom.
    • EU (Euro): Default for orders placed from countries within the European Union.
    • US (USD): For orders originating from the United States.
    • Global (USD): For all other locations around the world.
  • Manual Currency Switch: If you need to choose a different currency, you can easily do so:

    • Top Right Header On Desktop: Use the currency function available on the right margin menu on any page of our website.
    • Under Sandwich Menu On Mobile: Navigate to the sandwich menu on our website and choose your currency.

Bank Charges in Selected Currency:

The currency displayed to you during your shopping experience will be the same currency charged to you by your bank. This approach is to prevent any currency exchange fees or additional charges. For example, if you select a European Union address, your order will be processed and charged in Euros by your bank.

Please Note: The currency charged to you is linked to the delivery address used at checkout. For instance, if you're ordering to the UK, the system will automatically select GBP for the transaction. This setting is fixed and cannot be changed to another currency.
