Each piece is crafted using a single-use imprint of a 3D model, which I print specifically for your size. It is then burned out in an oven, leaving a mold into which silver is poured. A thick layer of 24 carat gold plating is applied directly on silver (vermeil), no toxic in-between plating layers!
