Who runs the business?
The boutique and bespoke small business is run by Karolina Roze and her business partner Andrea. Andrea is native Peruvian and based in Lima where the pieces are made. While Karolina is based in Australia where the head office of First Born Knits is located.
Who designs the product?
Karolina Roze is the designer and creative mind behind First Born Knits. After travelling the world extensively, Karolina found what she was always dreaming of in South America. In Argentina and Peru, she discovered the most luxurious and beautiful fibres and the best hand craftmanship in the world.
Who makes the product?
The sweater is Handcrafted by very talented women artisans from Peru.
It is Handcrafted using one crochet knitting needle and premium super soft merino wool. The intricate pattern requires a lot of time and care to realize and takes about a week to Handcraft.
