How do I get paid?

After you’ve made a sale and handed your product to the DHL representative, your payment will be processed 30 days after the order is completed. This allows us to resolve any customer service matters, including potential returns, before releasing funds.

Your earnings will be paid out via the payment method you’ve selected in your Designer Dashboard—whether that’s Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer, depending on your country.

You can monitor your sales and payments in your dashboard, where you’ll receive monthly statements.
