Is everything on MINOORI returnable?

Certain items cannot be returned, as indicated in the “RETURNS” section on the product detail page. Non-returnable items include:

• Made-to-Order Products
• Face Masks
• Personal Items: Examples include earrings and hair accessories.
• Footwear: Only returnable if in original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
• Intimate Apparel: Briefs, swimwear, and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Items may not be accepted if the hygiene tag has been removed or if they are soiled.
• Skincare & Beauty Products: Only returnable if unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition with all seals, packaging, and plastic wrap intact.
• Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable.
