    Click on the Return button next to the item you wish to return, or navigate to the My Returns section to create a new request.

  • Provide Proof of Damage:

    When selecting the reason as faulty or damaged, you’ll be prompted to upload clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage. This documentation helps us assess the issue and determine the best solution.

  • Submit Return Request:

    Complete the return process by following the instructions on the screen.

    You’ll receive a prepaid returns label via email for faulty items, which you can use to send back the product.

  • Tracking Your Return:

    You can monitor the status of your return in the My Returns section of your account. Once the return has been processed, we’ll send an email confirming your full refund or replacement.
